This cozy and comfortable 3-bedroom home is within walking distance of Dickson Street and Walton Arts Center (0.2 mi), Fayetteville Town Square (0.4 mi), and the University of Arkansas’ Bud Walton Arena and Razorback Stadium (1.0 mi). The property has off-street parking for two cars, plus two city street parking passes. From the Schoolhouse, you can walk to enjoy all that downtown Fayetteville has to offer!

The space:
Originally used as a schoolhouse in the early 1900s, this historic property’s vintage furnishings are true to its character but are complemented by high-end appliances, flat-screen TVs, and plentiful USB ports to make your stay as unique as the property itself.

The welcoming front porch is furnished with rockers and a swing, a relaxing introduction to your Fayetteville home away from home. Bathed in natural light, the large living and dining space with high ceilings has several comfortable seating areas for watching the 60” Smart TV, dining in, or just relaxing with a good book. Off the living space is the kitchen, fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay.

The master bedroom, located just off the living room, features a king-size bed, luxury linens and pillows, blackout curtains, and a 50” LG TV with cable. The ensuite bathroom connects to a hallway that opens to the living room and second bedroom. This bedroom has easy access to the bathroom and is furnished with a queen-size bed, luxury linens, and pillows. The third bedroom is tucked away at the back of the house off the kitchen, creating some separation from the common areas for additional privacy. The queen-size bed with luxury linens and pillows are complemented by wispy white curtains framing the windows.

The Schoolhouse’s parking area leads to the back door, which opens into a convenient mudroom, complete with a bench, coat hooks, and umbrellas for use during your stay.

Please note this is a historic home that has been completely renovated. There is no central air conditioning or heating, but there are wall heaters and window AC units.

We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.
